You will uncover and heal deep programming inside your system that has been holding you back from the feeling of wellness you absolutely deserve. We will address the following four aspects of wellness in its entirety: The physical, mental, emotional and spiritual ways and how they are all intertwined to work relentlessly to support you in where you are. I will support you and guide you in progressive ways of thinking, practicing and believing to reprogram the systems that are no longer serving you and your desire to be and feel well again.
You will get:
1 hour of video content in each module.
Meditations to help you integrate all the teachings and lessons we learn in each module
A workbook to go with each module to support you week by week as you go through the materials. This workbook will help integrate the teachings and assist you in outlining your GOALS and DESIRES. The workbook serves as a tool to help you uncover and dissolve the BLOCKS that may be holding you back from the wellness you deserve.
Learning happens when we feel safe and supported. In my experience a consistent safe community container is where integration and change happens. As a way to create community, accountability and connection while doing your work, I am offering a space for a weekly zoom call following each module. All the fellow course participants will meet on this weekly call.
This call will serve as a safe space for you to discuss challenges, process the new information you aren learning or just listen to others share their unique process and growth. What a great way to allow your transformation to be witnessed and give others the gift of you witnessing them. The magic happens when we are in an environment that supports our growth and allows us to be witnessed in our efforts to make change.
